Re: Just rebuilt my crabitat!
Do you ever have issues with your crabs hanging upside down on the lid? My Ava is there now and I don't see how she got up there or how she will get down. Is it safe for them to be upside down?

Re: Move? Cover? or Leave Him Alone?
Thanks aussieJJDude and curlysister. Yeah, I'm thinking how can he NOT be dead! Two weeks with no movement is a really long time, and he looks so completely lifeless. :( I can't see or smell any sign of decay though, so I'm gonna keep the hope alive a while longer. My small crab went into a digging...

Sometimes I mix them with shrimp shells that I have also let dry and then crumbled up. my egg shells get stinky after a couple days yours don't? Crabbing ...

Re: Give me ALL the Honey!
Boy, I wish my guys would get excited over "normal" crab treats like honey and peanut butter but nooooo...they're more into fruit -- just pop a blueberry in the tank and it's a free-for-all! yep you are not alone friend. I read where others live this treat or that but mine just snub everything I tr...

We are heading out to Disney this Saturday and will be gone for 2 weeks. My step son can only stop in a couple times so I'm worried about food and water. I'm grabbing some cuttlebone and freeze dried shrimp but does anyone have suggestions on what else can withstand the humidity and test of time? Cr...

Re: Flood
It was a plastic fish tank that for perfectly all the way across. I think it was a gallon but I didn't know it was leaking. I thought it was just evaporating quick and I kept filling it up. It took a bit for or to work its way all the way up to eventually air in the low lying areas of the substrate....
