Re: Are Snap Pea Plants Safe?
I take lots of back up cuttings of wax begonias, spider plants, and wandering jew. I have two pots of pothos outside of the enclosure that I try to keep multiplying. I have a few pots of opuntia cactus. I'm trying to make room for seedlings. So far there's evening primrose and snapdragon growing ev...

Re: Species Identification
Believe it or not I got these little ruggie looking crabs October of 2014! You can only imagine how teeny he and his friends were then! lol This whole time I thought they were E's but recently I've been starting to question it because they don't look anything like my Ecuadorians I purchased online. ...

Re: Species Identification
I have a mixed tank, and all my crabs get along really well, E's included. Maybe its luck, I'm not sure? I try to provide a variety of food that all my species prefer each day, and they have plenty of space (still pile up on top of each other anyway lol)

Re: Better option for saltwater!
My line of thinking was that real ocean water would be better than synthetic, because its natural. I guess its like how some moms believe breast is best and others opt to mix formula for babies haha. At any rate, I've tried both and my mixed tank of hermies (mostly straws) have thrived the past thre...

A picture doesn't do this tank justice, you have to watch the video. A lot of thought clearly went into this one...

Better option for saltwater!
I figured I would share, because I hate mixing instant ocean water. Petco sells filtered pacific ocean water in a 5 gallon box. I'm not sure about petsmart. Here is the link so you know what you're looking for http://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/imagitarium-pacific-ocean-water and I believe Dr. ...

Re: Honey?
Its so funny that you post this, as I was just researching how to dry it out. Unfortunately, its difficult to buy online bc many of the retailers add cane sugar or other dangerous additives. You can dry out honey yourself.. it just takes a while. You have to make sure to spread it out as thin as pos...
