Yes just use hot water, scrub it and let it air dry to allow the chlorine to evaporate.

Fill your kitchen sink with very hot water and let it sit in there for 5-10 mins.

The safest way to clean it is to boil it for 5-10 mins. Then let it air dry.

Isolating him for a couple days wouldn't hurt. Check your smaller crabs for injuries.
