I found that if one dies (oops my bad) it seems the other Isopoda would deal with it too... Idk how but the little white body just vanished. Heating Tank
Okay, so how would I heat a tank if I have a glass lid? Should I put the light fixture on a stand a few inches above the glass lid? Does the heat in the tank come from the bulb or the light itself? Or if I got a screen lid, how should I keep the humidity stable?

Is my salt still good?
I had a bag of Instant Ocean (Reef Crystals), and it hardened apparently. It's still usable as I can easily scrape it out and dissolve it, I was just wondering if it was still safe to use for my hermies, and if there's anyway to desolidify it.
