That happens to me too,I usually see my crabs climb up on each other on top of a climbing branch(up to 3 only)if the sand is wet,it will stick to the crabs and when the crabs try to climb on the walls,the sand sticks to it,this is just my theory....

Update:The teacher advised me not to take this to the authorities,my classmate has been through canning from his parents which is legal,matter of fact even I have been through canning.Is canning illegal in America?My teacher gave him a box to catch some new pet snails which I find kinda strange.

Is it ok for my red clawed crabs to live with my hermits?They can live for at most 1.5-2 years.I'v had them for a month,they don't bother my hermits,they share the fruits and veggies with my hermits and hide in the moss pit with my hermits.(I only own 3 red clawed crabs)
