What a wanderer! I think it is so cute that he fell right asleep by the food bowl like that...and that he came out when he heard you coming. Little guy knows where he belongs.

My 3 aquariums all have screen lids, which I've wrapped with Saran wrap to keep humidity in. Works ok. It isnt the most attractive option by far, but its economical and will do for the time being. Cut a little hole for the bubbler/humidifier tubes.

I agree - I would hate to think what would happen if one of those cute red crabs were hiding in a shell that the hermits wanted...
