After 4 months of waiting with no shipment, no response to my e-mails since May 12th, and no refund I have reported this company for fraud, and I suggest everyone else who can't get a refund do the same. I ordered E's, and she told me it would arrive in two weeks, three months ago. All I wanted was a 6 pack of E's. I was extremely nice to her for two months, and never got anything. Asked for a refund over a week ago. No refund, no response, no crabs. Welcome to our nightmare.

I don't know what else to do. My last response from her was at the beginning of May. I was incredibly nice and supportive of her problems for months, but she doesn't give a darn about her customers, obviously.

I do think she has a real issue, but she needs to stop taking new orders if she can't fill the ones she has. At this point she's just taking people's money to pay her bills and giving them nothing in return. That's called stealing.

I'm pretty sure she has B.S. Symptoms include lying, stealing, and fraud. Her "medical issues" prevent her from shipping, but they don't prevent her from taking new orders or lying about the fact that they will be shipped within two weeks. Basically, from what I've learned so far you'll eventually get your crabs, but it will take between 2 months to a year, and no amount of e-mailing her will make that go any faster. Sorry you didn't get them Shawn. When did you order, I think it was at the start of April, or was it before that? Sucks to wait all that time and not get them in the end. I hope you can adopt some if you don't find another vendor.
