HCA: Hermit Crab Association

I'm super happy my crab Purl had a successful molt. She buried the day I brought her home a little over 2 weeks ago. Then last night she came up I'm very glad that she felt good enough to molt with me right away.

I'm going through this myself right now my crab Purl dung down over a week ago when I got her and I haven't seen her since everyone else has been up and active. Part of me wants to check that she's ok but I know I need to be patient since there are no bad smells coming from the tank.

Yeah that's definitely what I did. I got familiar and saw what things had changed as in was getting ready to start again. Thank you for he welcome back.

Sounds like we all had a similar situation. So glad to have them again.

Almost a decade. I had lost mine and then moved a few times and never got my tank set back up. I finally got stuff rearranged and got my beautiful 55 gallon tank out of the storage unit and started to get all the supplies I no longer had.

Thank you I'm so happy to have them I've just been watching them all evening.

So cute my cat was also super interested in what I was doing as I set up the tank tonight.

Oh definitely I searched first on what was safe and sadly nothing at the yarn store I worked in was so I ordered indeed hemp twine and it's coming along beautifully
