Hi Jedi, I have some concerns as I need to put up my hermies for adoption and was hoping for some advice before I post. My 7yr old son brought home hermit crabs from school. Hey Jedi, I'm working on my new 40g and I'm using mini paint pans for the pools. I have used silicone to glue pebbles down the slop into the pool, but what do you suggest for the bottom/sides? Do I have to glue things there as well, or can i just put some larger rocks in or plants? Another question:...

Lol That is so true! And something I can remember! I was just concerned with putting raw rice or wheatberries...they're so hard. I couldn't imagine my guys eating it that way. Thank you, once again!

Hi Guys! On the food list I see a lot of grains...oats, amaranth, barley, rice, quinoa. Sorry if this is a silly question, does it mean cooked, or as-is? Thank you! BTW...bought my 40g on craigslist! Hey! I'm Denise and have had hermit crabs for about 3 months now. My son brought them home from school and I've been obsessing ever since! I have 4 or 3 hermies...Patrick, Sandy & 8-ball, & Tyson. They are currently in a 10g but I'm searching every day on Craigslist for 30/40g. Glad to be a member
