AND, I know about the pellet food guys. Its not the harmful kind, they're kind of obsessed with it actually, I have other food in the tank as well, and I'm still just trying to use it up. Its lasting forever.

I only use sand, so I had no idea how a plant would root. I kept it in the little pot it came in. I wasn't sure about fake plants because I wasn't sure if they are all safe.
