maby if you drill metal bars on the sides of the bottom it may support it otherwise it could possibly be to much weight.

if you send photos of it I may give you a better suggestion.

cant wait until they get some in. my 80g tank is ready to go I only have 4 crabs in there 1 mega jumbo greater than 4inchs, 1 jumbo 3-4inches, 1 medium, and a small. all PP's.

I took her out of it because I had to update the tank just added the final touch by adding a salt water pool and she was still in good shape no signs of molting yet.

but now shes back up there after checking out the salt water pool.

Do hermit crabs molt in moss pits? I have a hermit crab chilling in the tower moss pit that I made and hasn't move from it for 5 days now. she's still alive dosent smell but does move still when I poke her shell cant really see me but I can see her. any thoughts?
