Re: Cuddle buddies
What type of bedding is that? I use the coconut fibers but also want something else. And also is that a shower caddy stuck to the side! I love it! I'm still trying to get everything right with my two as I got them for a gift and didn't no anything about them.

Organic pellet food?
Does anyone know of any organic pellet food or organic food that you can buy that includes all of the hermit crabs dietary needs? I will not feed Amy that contains chemicals and preservatives. I feed all organic homemade mixtures but sometimes it's hard with a busy schedule and I want to make sure t...
Kelp
I got mine at whole foods. I tried to leave it in there dry- just as I bought it- but they wouldn't touch it. So figured i would try leaving it in some water as it changes the consistency, it is very soft in the water.

So I bought organic kelp for my crabs- how do I feed this? I left a couple pieces soaking in one of their water bowls, is this a good idea? Thanks ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Re: Tiny down for 2 months. What to do...
When I first got mine after having them for almost a month one of mine buried for a little over 3 months. If I didn't do research about this I would have dug him up- but I stayed away from cleaning the substrate and kept conditions good- one day I looked in and there was Big Red all furry and munchi...

How do you feed kelp to the crabs?
I've read a bunch of places on here that kelp is very good for crabs. So I went to whole foods and bought low temperature dried organic kelp made by Maine Coast Sea Vegetables. I can't seem to find anywhere how do I safely feed this? Rinse it off? Cooked? Raw? Thank you to anyone who can help
