HCA: Hermit Crab Association

What do you do if your hermit crab abandons their shell right after molting and isn't moving but is definitely still alive and you can't get him back into a shell

So I was feeding me hermit crabs and adding water to their tank and a while after I noticed all these white dots/ bead things all over the whole entire tank. I have dirt in my tank not sand but I don't know what they are and I'm freaking out. Does anyone know what this could be? And or what I should...
