HCA: Hermit Crab Association

Im wanting to go on vaction and am wondering how often my crabs will need their water changed out. I was going to have my sister come to change out their food etc every 3 days or so. I was going to use the food cubes....can anyone give me any tips or advice?

I know the photos arent tge best but it was very hard to focus with the condensation on the glass. I just randomly noticed them both in my tank and have no idea what they are.

Ill look into adoptinh 2 more. For now my other 2 originals that ive had for 2 months seem to be just fine. Theyre burrowed all day and super loud all night lol.
