Re: Caterpillars in the tank???
Would you think they're from animal protein from the food? I used to feed them food that had animal protein but I stopped doing that months ago

Caterpillars in the tank???
This is the second time I've seen some sort of caterpillars in my tank. Is there any reason why? Are they harmful to my tank?

Re: Is it normal for my crabs to always be hiding
The don't hide very well, I just wanted to know if that was normal. I've had them most of them for three months now. Got two of them from my local petco and one of them was given from me from someone I know that got it at south padre a few years back. Pretty sure they're very active at night Sent fr...

Is it normal for my crabs to always be hiding
My crabs usually just spend their time hiding, is it normal for them to be like that?

Re: Can you feed your hermits live insects?
Thank you sm!! That's what I was thinking about killing the crickets then feeding it to them. You think I can get like meal worms at my local petco?

Can you feed your hermits live insects?
Hello!
I was looking at the safe food list for hermits. And I saw crickets, and I just wanted to know if I could feed the crabs live ones or would they have to be dried like dried shrimp.

Re: Crab lost legs while molting!
Hello everyone! Shelby seems to be doing well! I've been feeding him organic honey. I make sure the room he's in is even dark. Heat source is being used. Is there any other food that will help him in this situation?

Re: Crab lost legs while molting!
1: sand, it's about 7 inch deep 2: yes, it's usually in the surface. Temp is usually at 70, humidity usually 80+ 3: I do have a heat source for the tank but I do not use it 4: both salt and fresh is available for all my crabs. I just use bottled water for fresh. And salt water that they sell at Walm...
