HCA: Hermit Crab Association

Last night I found one of my hermit crabs laying in the sand, without his shell on. He wasn't moving and when I picked him up to put him in an isolated tank, he didn't move either. I'm currently trying to keep him moist and fed. Does anyone know what happened?

It's about 25 gallons, and I have one crab underground right now.

Is this tuna safe for crabs?
I have Starkist chunklight tuna in water
Ingredients are light tuna, water, vegetable broth, and salt

I've never bathed them because I worry about stressing them out

Is humidity & heat minimum of 80? Some crabs are just terrified of people. I have a crab named Shelldon, he's a PP, medium sized, he's always under the sand or on the surface in his shell, he never comes out when I'm around. I never see any of the other crabs bothering him, but he just won't come out, is there something wrong?

My crabs, Hermione and Spot are both in their "backyards". Shelldon has finally come back up from his tunnel (that he put under the salt water dish, when he tried to get back up he almost spilled it all over). My scared crab, who's name is now Shelldon, has gone missing, I suspect he's under the sand now, but it's a little concerning, is he trying to molt?
