They could be getting ready to molt or just adjusting. Best thing to do would be to just leave them be and just let them do their crabby thing. It not necessary to put him in a molting tank and could even be dangerous to move him if he's already began to molt.

Update: so this silly girl went through a few other shells but ended up back in the shark eye shell and has remained in it for the past few weeks lol
