Honestly it's a tough call. As long as there's some day/night cycle where the tank is situated, I wouldnt worry too much. All of the substrate needs to be sand castle consistency. If your sand is dry now, you need to add water to it as well. You can mix the sand and EE together and then add dechlorinated water and mix it up until it's all the right consistency. Thanks ! I know that, but thank you.... I'm talking about...
