HCA: Hermit Crab Association

Ughhh... really sad. Maybe this is my problem. my crabs dig down and I see them very-very seldom.
But, I repeat my question... Does anybody use reverse osmosis water?

And more than... What do you think about reverse osmosis water? I have 5 stage filter...

Hmm... O my god... So complicated thing. Now I am unsure , may be my crabs sad because of water. But in my first sources they told: "If you use drinking bottled water - you don't need a conditioner..."

Just interesting is not to late?

Should I use water conditioner/dechlorinator if I use bottled drinking water for fresh and salt water for my crabs?

Thank you for your answer. The soil that I use is eco earth. It is around 5" deep, I think this is enough for small crabs. Water.... I use a bottled drink water without Dechlor conditioner. Hello everybody! I am new here and in the crabs' world. I have a setup: 10G tank with a small 4W heating mat on the side of the tank. The soil pad (coconuts shells.....) 4" thick. Fresh and salt water... etc... Temperature: 73-75 F. Humidity: 80-85%% I have 3 PP crabs, small. They look very passive....
