Hi! I always pre-make my salt water and let it sit out at room temperature. A half gallon usually lasts me a couple of weeks for both of my tanks. Beau always sits on the calcium powder dish when he's waiting his turn for the wheel. There are 2 wheels in the tank, but Beau prefers this one lol.

I agree with Curly to wait a bit. My oldest and biggest crab went under at the end of Dec. He usually takes 3 months to resurface. I'm patiently awaiting his arrival at the end of March lol. It's crazy nerve-wracking for sure though. I'm glad he only does it once/year. I will have had him for 13 yea...
