I am not an expert, but I’m fairly certain you should be dechlorinating all of the water you give your crabs- so I fill a gallon of tap water and dechlorinate, and if I need salt water I do the same thing but add the Instant Ocean afterward. Okay! Another question I forgot to put in the post is, how long does dechlorinated water last in a gallon jug? I have two gallons, one salted and dechlorinated and the other just dechlorinated. When should I make a fresh batch of both?
