Thank goodness! Hermes came back up last night, ate, changed shells and is now sleeping! This was definitely a stressful experience, but totally worth it for my first successful molt ever! Tuna, krill, and shrimp are all safe, as are most seafoods.

Generally they’re fine as long as they don’t have any synthetic preservatives added.
