I am not sure if it is ok to feed them this. It does not have Ethoxyquin or Copper Sulfate in it.

Oh great thank you. I find it easier getting them food. Then me making it and cutting it myself I will look into those sites.

We have central Ac which is left on 67. So even with the heating mat its in the upper 60s. The humidity in the 80s. I have been trying to lower it since its been 90 at times. Hi, so I have a 10 gallon tank. I have a fluckers heating pad on the side. I did not have a glass lid but a screen lid. So covered the screen lid with cloth and saran wrap. Humidity is fine but I can not seem to raise the temperature. I do know what else to do.
