I currently have a bag of all-purpose sand for my tank. It said that it has been washed. Can I put in straight in to my tank or should I wash and bake it? BTW, how do you exactly wash and bake sand?

So I am going to buy seachem prime for my hermit crab. but it says that I should not store it before use. my bowls only hold about 200ml(1 cup) at a time. What should I do?

I'm really struggling to find a direct answer to this question. Would a mix of coco peat and sand about 5:1 be ok for the hermit crab? Is cocopeat different from coco fiber?
It would really help if anyone answers!

I currently own 1 hermit crab. However I do know that they are social animals and need a friend or two... The question I want to ask is it is very hard to find an ethical way of adopting hermit crabs here (South Korea) Pet stores are really the only way possible.. But then again, would it be better ...
