I was wondering if there was a way to possibly black out your tank during the day to make your crabs more active during the day and possibly turn on lights in the evening so that they would basically reverse their days and nights. I wouldn't want anything to grow that roots aggressively in the substrate. Crabbies could get tangled up or trapped and it reduces the usable digging area for them. Okay some of the natural foods I have been feeding my crabbies have seeds in them. My question is if those seeds get knocked out and unseen in the substrate and start to go is that okay to let me grow or do I need to get them out??

Update. She is eating her exoskeleton and staying in the shell i reshelled her into. She is actively moving around to eat the exo even it is slow.
