HCA: Hermit Crab Association

My hermit crabs been under the ground for over a week and ik the have already molted just a couple months ago so im scared that they either are eating one of my molting crabs or dead. Any advice??

For a couple months my house has had a bad cockroach problem and its very stressful because of the fact that we cant do any type of extermanation or bombing with my hermit crabs. Every night i see at least 5 roaches in the tank and its done numbers on my mental health. I love my hermies to death but...
