I wiped down the top edge of the tank with vineger and killed as many ants as I could. We managed to get a bit of power and it's sitting around 60, the power should come back on in two or three hours. We don't have access to hot water and the one hermit crab is dug under the sand but not molting the other is about 1.5 months into what is probably a 2 month molt.

We may be able to get a generator however that could still take awhile (depends on when a neighbor wakes up)
