HCA: Hermit Crab Association

I'm in Philadelphia and have room to take them. I might be able to make the drive to get them. I don't have a car so I'd just have to ask my boyfriend but I'm sure he'd say yes.

I've also seen this. It should be illegal! It's ridiculous.

This is the biggest reason I would recommend against a PPS tank - if a crab needs to molt, it can't put it off until we say they should molt. So you end up with crabs surface molting, or close to it. The tank I have right now has 2.5-3 bags (of the 50lb play sand) and it's at 6 inches. I haven't used any eco earth. I know they sell big bags of it though if you wanted to mix that in with the sand.
