Anything that is canned is no longer 'fresh'. I breed mealworms for my reptiles and will smash them up for the hermit crabs every once in a while. They also like smashed crickets. Protein is what they want around here. Doesn't really matter what form it comes in for my guys.

What's the best way to make a shower caddy look less like a shower caddy suctioned to the inside of the tank?

I read in a post that wood lice are actually good to put in the tank. Is this true? Supposedly they maintain the subtrate. Would this be something to look into doing? Or is it going to do something harmful to the tank?

does the cuttle bone absorb all or the juice that you put in the bag?

Do you just keep your cuttle bone in a food dish or something? I think I'll try that with mine.
