The safe list comes from anothe website (Epicurean Hermit), so I'm not sure how frequently they update it. But yes, there are definitely a lot of foods that are safe that are not on the list! I tend to just stay away from the unsafe list.
How come you boiled the mussel? Is that something that should be done for all seafood, or is it personal (or crab) preference?
