Someone said straw need sun bath in order to prevent losing colour of their body.

Anyone did that?

I heard someone said pre-molt crab, the colour of their leg's joints will become darker, see picture in blue circle.

We found big straw usually die easily.

My friend have a Indos move to Turbo petholatus 2 months ago, then his body colour change to brown. (original colour is light purple)

But she did not molt within these 2 months.

Do you have this experience?

I would like to ask if your crabs molt, do you isolate him/her if you have more than 2-3 crabs in a tank..I saw many crabs lover keep many crabs in one tank.

How you deal with the crab moling??
