Guess I had a gut that she chose another shell. But good to know if we know for sure it’s naked to dig.

I’ve never came across this subject and everyone here has always said the only reasons to dig is for a flood and or bacteria bloom.

Edit: now I know there’s 3 reasons to dig.

Until an expert answers I’d say dont dig.

Sorry if the is has been discussed but I couldn’t find it if it has. I can’t keep nitrate levels lower than 5 ppm. My tap water has about 5 ppm as well. Maybe slightly lower but not 0.
