Goodbye tropic aire; hello reptifogger .. What's a good time, and flow to run it on?

The tropic aire humidifier was not effective for my tank, so I decided to get the reptifogger My crabs love it!! They just perk right up. Hey, but I am still playing around with the fogger flow, and timer to get it at a stable humidity. So how many of y'all use reptifoggers?? And how long and what times do you run it??
