need to dechlorinate distilled water?

Do we need to dechlorinate distilled water for our crabbies? We ourselves drink distilled water all the time, so I assumed it was ok for the crabs w/out dechlorination. What do you think?camecm

No need to do anything to distilled.

BTW, there's a bit of a myth going around that distilled water is bad to give to crabs, and I believe strictly the opposite; that it's the best source of water for their health.I just posted two articles to Epicurean Hermit about the issue:http://www.epicureanhermit.com/mambo/in ... &p=712#712

Whew...I'm relieved. Even since someone told me that RO water was the same as distilled, I've been worried....but I feel so much better when I drink it versus tap water (which also tastes bad). Well, good. I can drink my RO water and give it to my crabs without worries.
