My hubby got a new lid last night for the crabitat and I just went and checked and to my shock the tank is all fogged up! What do I do now? I do not have one of those hygrometers gauges since everywhere I went no one knew or had them, so now I have no clue how the humidity is in there. What do I do now?

I'd prefer to try to get it to a humidity level that's just under "fogged up". Fogged up probably indicates about 85, which is an upper limit. It also indicates poor air circulation.Prop the lid open slightly. This will lower the humidity a bit, and equalize the air a bit more to prevent it from fogging up. It'll be better to keep the substrate moist, and have a high humidity in the lower level of the tank. Then even with the lid propped open a bit for some air circulation, you know that if the substrate is still moist, it's got high humidity on the floor.

I fog up every night with the lid closed, vent about 1/2 inch all day, close at night and am fogged in the morning.Part of my routine, I guess. I have noticed since I turned on the UTH, I get more condensation and sometimes it "rains" in the micro tank in the mornings.I think I am usually at about 90% in the mornings. It is a good sign, you will know more when you find a gauge.I got a digital thermometer/hygrometer at Walmart by the house thermometers for about $7.00. Maybe try there or a hardware store if your petstores don't have them...
