NYC - 3 hermits need a new home

Hello - i purchased three small hermit crabs last month, not realizing that they are quite a bit more of a commitment than i remember from when i was growing up. In addition, things aren’t really stable for me right now and I plan to move soon, so I would rather give them up for adoption to someone who can take better care of them.

I’m located in NYC and can travel throughout as well as Long Island.
I’m willing to ship but might need more info and to do research to make sure I ship them safely.
Three small purple pinchers. All three shell openings smaller than an inch.
Supplies and Tank That Are Included (If Any): Right now they are in a ten gallon tank that i planned to upgrade, but I’d prefer to give them up for adoption at this point.

It is currently too cold to ship. Even overnight, temperatures are very risky for crabs.

I'm in Philadelphia and have room to take them. I might be able to make the drive to get them. I don't have a car so I'd just have to ask my boyfriend but I'm sure he'd say yes.

I am located in Northern Vermont and would love to take your hermit crabs! I am still working on my set up and wouldn't be able to take them until mid February. I don't know how far you are willing to travel, but I could meet you in Albany. Let me know if you are still looking for a home and if this could work for you.
