I hope you do get things sorted and your heaters either refunded or replaced.
I have only ever ordered my Ultratherms from ReptileBasics, nowhere else.

Goodness! That's wrong, they shouldn't be handling customer service in that way

Guess I won't be mentioning them in my posts anymore...that is terrible! Have you thought about calling? I know that takes more time...but...if it means getting somewhere. I have only ordered two from reptile basics. love them! The third one is from bean farm. The other ones I have are sadly zoomed. I personally prefer the look of the reptile basics ones.
