I've witnessed 2 of my crabs almost fully out of their shells chipping away at specific spots since I'm able to sneak up on my tat without being noticed. It's quite the sight.

Oh my! They are so TEENY  I was afraid to get mediums because her mediums are large, so I ordered smalls and got teenies :D I'm not complaining, I just wasn't expecting this size.
Thankfully, I have shells their size and 1 Indo already switched into a shiny turbo :hearts:
Mite situation. Everyone was clean except for the Indos. The water had tiny white mites. They were dead. My predatory mites have been released even though I can't see them (Is that normal, Kuza? I just got them yesterday, two-day shipping) I also released some preds in the main tank just in case.
Packaging:
Styrofoam,wet newspapers, and burlap.
They were packed separately(in the burlap with tie wraps that I HATED because they were almost impossible to cut off :x ) according to species and the heat pack was warm upon touch. They were packed with moss and "cheerios" :hlol: :hlol: , seriously. Aside from the tie-wrap, it was decent.
I got Indos, Violas, and a couple E's. Two of which are blue :)
Soooo... enough talk...Here as some pics

Indos usually don't like the "sea", but they are all soaking it up right now,so much, I had to change it. :)

I'll take more in the main tat, once everyone is transferred :)

Now I can get some SLEEP!!

OMG I want a blue E!!!!! So glad everyone's lil guys came in :)

thanks i love them. they're so outgoing and sociable. moreso than any of my other crabs at the moment. they both are gorgeous i wasn't expecting such a beautiful specimen... the biggest girl is a bit of an escape artist though... but still a sweetheart.

Thanks I know. I'm so happy with them.... They are numbers 11 and 12 in my 55 gallon crabitat. I also have a 29 but i'm using it for iso. I'm trying to get four more crablings from someone who got their daughter four of them but she's paying them no attention now. they live in worcester and i live in boston. so about an hour away. If they agree i'm going to get them friday morning. :)

Sounds like when she has the crabs she has no problem getting them out...maybe it is actually the suppliers fault for causing this mess.

They were really quick about getting mine out once they got them and they de stressed. I was in touch with the owner the whole time tryin to figure out what was up but I was politely impatient... she was good abt the whole thing. All in all the crabs were phenomenal specimens and I got a beautiful free large straw for the wait so I would use them again.
