Stores
Does anyone know any good stores where I can buy live ruggies that are currently in stock?

Since its been a while since you posted without a reply I thought I'd help you out at least a little. 
You should check out Segrest Farms
They do not CURRENTLY have Ruggies, but I have heard that multiple people have gotten Ruggies from them. So you could call and see when they might have some in stock again.
They do no ship directly to you. They have a pet store locator on their website to find a store that uses them as a vendor. You can then call one of those store and ask for a special order.
I only have 2 stores that are remotely close to me (I live way out in the country) that use Segrest and the first one I called was more the happy to oblige.
With the current time of year they may not get a new stock of Ruggies for a while because of weather temps, depending one where its going from and to. But I would just call and ask so at least you will know and can place an order when the temperatures are right.
