Where to buy crabs?

I don't think there are any others that sell and ship directly to your home. Segrest Farms ships their products to pet stores. You'd have to find a store they ship to in order to buy from them. http://www.segrestfarms.com/index.cfm?f ... op.locator
I can't think of any other stores. LHC is closing from what I've heard and the HCP hasn't sold hermit crabs for a few years now.

Good suggestion. I spoke with a well respected aquarium store in my area and they said Serest Farms is great to work with. I am going tomorrow to get a price quote on some Blueberries!

Avoid Reptile City like the plague! They have one of the best shipping pricing that I've found but it's just not worth the hassle. Their customer service is just ridiculous. Communication with them is darn near impossible. I've chosen the shipping method that said 5-7 business days, the guy who runs the place said they always respect that timeline, lo and behold on the third day I get an email from them saying that the shipment was shipped the day before and will arrive in a few hours at my destination. This would not have bothered me if I wasn't away from home for those days and I had to get someone else to receive the package for me. One crab was DOA and the other died within a few hours. When I called their office to report the deaths and ask for replacements, all I got from that guy was 3 grunts and a "yes". I have not received the replacement crabs yet, my emails are constantly ignored, the grunting guy is just ridiculous, so I feel like just calling this experience a bust and ordering from somewhere else.

oh this is bad news for me... I just put in an order for 3 aussies yesterday XD. Should I be worried they won't deliver?

Edit: cancelled my order thanks to the info on HCA. Anyway, I'd like to try Segrest Farms to see if I can order exotics through petco. There doesn't seem to be anywhere else a hobbyist can acquire a viola or blueberry.

There is only one known exporter of blueberries right now: Felix Wang in Japan, and he is not shipping at this time. If anyone tells you they have or can send blues, they're scamming you or have violas. It is also too cold to safely ship crabs now; the risks are too great as the temperatures drop and there are no guarantees that they will arrive safely.
