Hermit Crab Addiction

I was just wondering if anyone had experience with the Hermit Crab Addiction store and shipping times. I ordered from them and Naples on the same day, and have already received my Naples order. I haven't even had an order confirmation or email stating that they received payment and everything cleared days ago.
I'm ready to get my loot and spoil my crabs!!!

Well I'm just an impatient jerk, lol. Just got a response from Vicki, apparently PayPal never showed the payment as cleared. I'm excited to get our package and try out all the goods!
I will post reviews with photos soon.

I did my order with her August 1st that Friday evening & she shipped it out the following Monday and I received it that Thursday. She has excellent customer service and her foods my hermies just love them so I know you won't be disappointed good luck

I was wondering if you ever got your package from the hermitcrab addiction store?? I just ordered and haven't received a confirmation e-mail.

Sometimes it takes a day or so because PayPal hasn't updated her. I've gotten my shipments from Vicki fairly quickly. The only time I ever had a problem was because PayPal hadn't updated her and confirmed payment so the package hadn't been shipped. It can take a day or so but everything she has is well worth the wait. My crabs love her mixes!
