atlantic hermit crabs?

Has anyone heard of these? I found some listed at reptile city (link if interested http://www.reptilecity.com/Merchant2/me ... ode=HERMIT) and ive never heard of them before. Are they mislabeled or am i just uninformed?

I'm fairly sure that Atlantic hermit crabs are Purple Pinchers..just another name for them.
Crabbing since July 2014! 75 gallon with 12 Purple Pinchers.

Most likely they are PP's, i can't think of anything else besides E's. However E's like of the Pacific side of the US, so... Like I said - and many others - most likely they PP's. :)

They're just purple pinchers, you can tell from the picture if you look closely.

Sometimes pics aren't always true. :) Eg, there's many shops in australia that sell PP's, E's and strawberries and when i go in all I can see is aussies! Talk about false advertising, maybe I should sue them? :lol:

Well i'm probably going to order from them as i've heard good things about their shipping process (perfectly healthy crabs in decent warm containers in the middle of winter) so when I do I'll upload some pictures and we can all know for sure.

I like that their guidance is more in line with HCA recommendations than petstore recommendations. I would order from them.

Reptile city is awesome. I got Poseidon and Eros from them.
#1 rule of crabbing - crabs are weird.
