Many of the people in the HCA have had issues with the original owner. There was a lot of bad blood. The woman who was helping her basically got stuck doing everything and decided to take her products and move to her own store. She didn't want to be paying the original owner to do nothing. The store is now called DeliciouslyCrabby and the owner has added a lot of new stuff. I have tried almost all of the things in the store including the new stuff on my crabs. They love it. Check out the new shop. The new owner is awesome and no more bad blood since the original woman is no longer a part of the store.

I ordered with her about a month ago off Etsy. her selection is fantastic and prices are great as well. This was my first time ordering hermie food offline.
There was a problem with getting my original shipment shipped out. However, she messaged me explaining what had happened and asked what small item I would like put in with my order for the trouble. I told her either a deer antler piece or the whole cray fish.
Much to my surprise when my package arrived she threw both of those times in for free, but also a host of other items as well.
I ordered:
Leaf litter - bag of oak leaves. There are maybe 30 leaves in this bag, more than enough to last a long time (for only $3!). Ive been using them as impromptu serving dishes. Crabs absolutely love em.
Sample Pack #2 (Meats) - Assortment of meats, both land and sea variety. Mine had 7 different samples. i have only tried the blood worms, talapia, and meatloaf so far. They are gone instantly.
Honey sprouts - blend of pure raw thick organic honey, ground seeds and sprouts. Crabs get get enough
On top of these, she added the deer antler, whole crawfish, walnuts, An ocean sunset cookie, some other type of cookie, 2 types of popcorn, super fruit blend sample, amaranth sample, salad of the sea sample, honey nut oats, and a small feeding spoon!
Was the shipping mix-up annoying? Sure. But she communicated clearly and quickly and more than made up for the slight inconvenience with all that free stuff. The crabs love everything I have gave them so far. i will definitely be ordering from her in the future.
