OK, so I just ordered $50 worth of shells from Richard's. Wish me luck. I'll come back on and let everyone know how it goes.

I ordered from them about 3 weeks ago, just received them this past Saturday. So it took about 2 weeks. The shells were decently packed, one shell was very beat up but out of 25 shells I'd say that's not bad. Hope your order arrives quickly and safely!

I have placed several orders from him, I have been happy with what I have gotten! Two weeks is about the timeframe in which I received my order as well. My mom went to FL on vacation and I asked if she would take the 4hr drive to his shop, but my request was declined. Lol! Hope your crabby babies enjoy! I want to place another order soon myself.

Good to read that it takes quite a while for the shells from this shop to arrive. It has been 2 & 1/2 weeks. I was starting to get worried. Luckily, I ordered several from another store at the same time & those came quickly. I have had 2 crabs use 2 of them so glad I had one order.

I too am waiting for shells, but since they are working on opening sizes, I had several comments about sizes, so I'm anticipating a longer wait than usual.

It says on his site they are really backed up and it can take a couple weeks prior to shipping.

I ordered 50 more shells yesterday as well, excited for them to arrive, but already know it will be about May before they get here! His shells are worth the wait IMO

Yes, I noticed the note on the site, but my crabs only came with painted shells and I haven't been able to find one quite big enough for the bigger crab locally. I find one that he accepted, but it's still small. I'm really hoping they'll get here before he molts which he is preparing for, I think.

I ordered mine on the the 29th. I'll update when I receive them. But, I'm well aware it will be awhile. It'll be around the middle of this month or so. But, I will wait for spotted turbos-so worth it.

I got my shells today & it was worth the wait. They are gorgeous!! I love them & I hope my crabbies do too!! I will be ordering from them again!
