Herpsupplies.com?

Post by wolfnipplechips » Tue Oct 06, 2009 7:31 pm

I ordered from them because they have a really wide selection of tank decor and plants, but what is the deal with their shipping? I got one of my items in one box with a note saying that the rest of my order is coming from California and should be here in a few days...that was over TWO WEEKS AGO. Has anybody else ordered from them?

I tried to contact them a few days ago as to the status of my order, but got no response. I e-mailed them again today.

What is their deal? Has anybody else had this happen?

I've actually ordered from them numerous times over the years and I've always had great service and gotten great products. Sounds like there is maybe some kind of problem with someone who is supposed to be drop shipping for them. Sorry you're having issues with them.

Thanks!

Update: Called them. Got the machine. They are closed from the 6th until the 11th of this month. I left a message and my number. Since I placed my order a month ago and e-mailed them before the 6th, I am very upset at the kind of customer service they are showing me. When I talk to them, I might inquire as to why they are lacking in communication.

Sounds reasonable. Even if they are drop shipping, then they could have at least talked to you about it to say this is what is going on type deal. But if they are drop shipping, you can't really chew them out for not getting the rest of your order to you as they can't make the other company ship faster. But you could prolly get the other company's name and chew them out for the slow shipping.

Well, it came in today. It was shipped on the 2nd of this month. :? They took a month to ship it. It would have been nice to know what was going on. I don't know the name of the other company. I think I am just going to forget about this and enjoy the nice mushroom ledges.

Mushroom ledges? I'm interested. :) I'd love to find something for a third level that's both natural looking and small enough for a 20 high.

They are called magnaturals. :) A few crabbers have them. They are neat looking and come in different shapes and sizes. Definitely worth checking out.

*Looks at her tat and sees eight out of eleven crabs either on the cholla wood, in the hanging plants or hanging from the top*

I'll definitely be checking those out. I think I need something. :)
