I finally got a decent gonopore picture! Of course I'm having problems with the image gallery. I already PM'd Dae, and hopefully it gets uploaded. I even photoshopped it up...lol.

Yup, I took it. That's my PP (either Pinchy or Rupert, but I'm leaning toward Rupert). I had to take about a dozen pictures too before you could see the gonopores in one...lol. I used photoshop to add the text and circles, but I probably could have done it in paint.

I just held her till she popped out, and then I kind of tipped the shell front and got the camera under it to take the picture. Her legs and claws were in the way in just about every picture, I just took a ton of them and hoped one would be in focus, the gonopores wouldn't be in a dark shadow and her legs wouldn't be in the way...lol. She's actually a rather small crab, our camera just takes pictures WAY huge and they come out bigger than lifesize (by a few times!) when you don't crop and/or resize them. Her shell is probably smaller than a plum.

That is a very good pic!! I don't think my camera could get that close w/out being blurry. Thanks for sharing!
