@kuza:
do you remember talking about "instant baby brine shrimp"from Ocean Nutriron?

After one (!) year they answered me a few minutes ago...
Good afternoon Melanie,
Thank you very much for your interest in our products.
It is true that most of our products cannot be shipped to and sold in Canada because Canadian Customs requires that the product to be 100% made in & supplied by the USA or whatever country the product is being shipped from.
Currently ****** is looking to pick up the part of our product line that is made in the USA. These products include the frozen Formulated foods and the flake food that are now being manufactured here in the US.
Unfortunately we cannot get Instant Baby Brine Shrimp past customs legally to you in Canada.
Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions or concerns.

Best Regards,***************
(not I do not live in Canada they think I do, because I asked for Canada ;) )

That sucks about the brine shrimp... I suppose if one of the people in the US wanted to skirt around customs laws, they could buy it and ship it to you, but that could get a bit iffy...

I hope your breeding goes well, I'd love to see baby strawberries.

Thanks!

Got my first kreisel tank built, jut waiting for it to dry. Can't wait to try it out!

I have 2 separate crabs making eggs right now, so it looks like I should have a couple chances this summer. I'm going on vacation a few times though, so it's going to be difficult.

It's done and water tested, the circulation is working great. Will upload pictures and video's when I get a chance. Thanks NAT, for the inspiration on using the white 6 inch PVC, it's perfect.

we fly out for 5 days tomorrow and neither females have dropped their eggs yet. If they don't do it tonight, I fear they will both drop them while we're gone, and spoil the slat water and I expect to come home to complete devastation :(

What a nail biter! :)
I hope the females are good and wait for you to come home before dropping the eggs.

The first mamma dropped her eggs in the moss pit while I was gone and they hatched in salt water but were all dead and stinking. Still my original mamma from last season with her eggs, and she knows where to put them so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

So the second mamma held her eggs too long and now they stink and she's dropping them in the sand and eating them... I tried to drop some int he water but they are not viable at all.

I guess I missed my only chance this season while on vacation :(
