Likelihood of breeding

Hi all! I was just wondering, if you know you have both females and males, what's the likelihood you'll see some hermie fry swimming in the water bowl eventually?

With good conditions, they will eventually mate at some point. Eggs don't always end up in the water dish though, often they just smear them around the tank and the other crabs eat them. Females may not able to be in berry every year, either. It seems to be based on how their molt cycles fall during their breeding season.

All of the longtime crabbers have had preggo girls at some point. Noticing them is much harder!
