Harmful bugs?

Hi, can anyone tell me what these are, if they are harmful, and how to get rid of them? I did dip both my guys that I see in salt water.

I mean that super hairy blond one. I have had crabs for two years and never seen that

It's just a little clump of the "hairs". Some of my guys have bigger fluff clumps than others.
