Isopods for new tank?

Hey guys, so I'm currently working on upgrading from a 55 gal to a 75 gal. Once I have this tank set up and running smoothly I would really like to introduce isopods in to the tank. However, before I do, I've got a few questions.

How many would I want to introduce to the tank to start with?
I see there are a lot of different types. Are there ones that will fair better/worse in a tank?
How do I make sure they establish themselves in the crab tank? Are there specific things that need to be added for them?

Thank you!

Leaf litter and hiding places are a gopd start. Even though there is no rule 3-10 per gallon is a common starting point that people use around here. The more you use, the quicker the population becomes established and the less likely the population will suffer from being preyed on by the crabs.... and species works well, if you want go keep the cost down the ones you find in your garden is a quick and inexpensive way... but if you want interesting species or cost isnt concern, there are many places online that can ship to your door....

Thank you for the link.

What makes you like the powder blues more than others?

They're super fast and can climb just about anything including silicone. They have a bluish hue to them.

Yw! They are more brazen, so I see them ALL of the time!! Not just at night. They are all over my tank, not just on the ground. They love to climb! They are a slight iridescent light blue color. I have bought Dalmatian, Orange, Powder Blues and Regular. I see the others at night in my crabitats, but nothing like the Powder Blues in two of my crabitats!
